Nomad Food was founded by two partners driven by a shared vision: to redefine the frozen ready-meal experience. What began as an idea rooted in nutrition quickly evolved into a mission.

Co-founder Mira, with her background in nutrition, identified a gap in the market for high-quality, ready-to-eat meals that don’t compromise on taste or health. When she shared this vision, Mohamed brought in the entrepreneurial drive to turn it into reality.

Together, we built Nomad Food from the ground up — securing a specialized production facility with advanced machinery and establishing an exclusive partnership that ensures full control over quality and consistency. Our passion defines us: meals we genuinely believe in, validated by discerning food critics across the region.

Mira Yassine

Co-Founder

A passionate, hardworking, and dedicated Health Care Nutrition Specialist, holding an MSc in Food Quality and Innovation and a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. Mira identified the critical gap in the market for high-quality, ready-to-eat meals that don’t compromise on taste or health — and turned that insight into the foundation of Nomad Food.

She constantly works on maintaining a high level of industry knowledge, building strong relationships with targeted experts, and mapping the Decision-Making Networks across the region — ensuring Nomad’s products stay rooted in genuine nutritional value.
